This page informs you of the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (“Products”) listed on our website www.redstonecatering.com (“our site”) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our website. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You can print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
www.redstonecatering.com is a site operated by rsb catering supplies ltd (“we”). We are registered in the UK under company registration number 100227386.
2. YOUR ORDER
You can submit an order for products to www.redstonecatering.com by completing the details required on the checkout pages and clicking the confirm order button. All prices are reflected in £UK Sterling and Excluding VAT. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available. The order reflects pricing at the time of purchase the payment of which, via your credit card/debit card, will be approved by your credit card/debit card company.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
After placing an order you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the Product(s) has been dispatched. If your order is not accepted for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will email you to advise you of the changes. Your order will be cancelled. You will then need to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are acceptable as payment for orders via this site.
All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise we will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between submitting your order and delivery of the products by us to you, you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of email address.
5. PRODUCT PROMOTION
rsb catering supplies ltd has the right to shorten or extend a special promotional price without prior notification.
6. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
We make every effort to despatch within 48 working hours of order placement. Unless we state otherwise, (i.e. the product is out of stock), we ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance in the UK, subject to conditions outside of our control. We do, however, endeavour to deliver your order within seven working days. Orders delivered outside the UK will be delivered as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a specific time due to external regulations and procedures of non UK authorities. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in your order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. You are responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.
7. RISK AND TITLE
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
8. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Our site contains a number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after your order has been accepted we will let you know by email. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/debit card account.
9. DELIVERY AND CHARGES
10. OUR REFUNDS POLICY
Our return policies apply to goods unused and as new, in their original packaging (external & internal) and with all instruction manuals.
Special order and refrigerated goods may not be returned unless found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSR2000) you have the right to return your goods, provided you do so at your own cost and within 7 working days from the day after you received and signed for the goods. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched you may have to pay round trip delivery costs. Goods must not be returned to us without our authorization, you must obtain a returns number. Unsuitable goods or goods ordered in error will be charged a administration fee of up to 25% plus vat. Please make sure that the goods you order are suitable for your purpose.
The customer must arrange insurance with the carrier or Post Office when returning goods to cover possible damage or loss in transit for the full value of the item.
If we have to replace any lost manuals or packaging, the cost of this would also become payable by you the customer.
You will be refunded or credited within 30 days for goods returned under the above terms.
11. OUR LIABILITY
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality.
Our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents:
Where there is no breach of a legal duty of care to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;
10i.) where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
10ii.) for any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any terms of this contract.
12. IMPORT DUTY
11i) If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
11ii) Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
13. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but we are continually working to improve our products and so specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. Slight variations, for examples in graphics, colour or pot size should be expected. All measurements and weights are approximate.
We will not be liable to you for any breach of agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, industrial action, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion. Our agreement will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by English Courts.
We take your privacy very seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in the UK.
18. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
